We want you to be satisfied with your requisition. If something isn't right, the following protocol applies.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Stickers, pins, and jibbitz (due to hygiene and packaging)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact us at thesalvareart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address and any further instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
