PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK SHIPPING
We ship via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Royal Mail Standard: 2-3 working days
EUROPE SHIPPING
Estimated delivery: 5-6 working days after dispatch. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping prices.
US, CANADA & REST OF WORLD
Estimated delivery: 6-7 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and local postal services. As above, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We aim to keep shipping costs fair and transparent.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at thesalvareart@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services, but we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
ORDER TRACKING
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking reference. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.
